  • I'm an AUNTIE.

Or rather, I've been an Auntie for the past three years. And there're more to come.
Cause the Lord said: Go forth and multiply!

    HA-HA.

Can you believe I've got 4 nephews and 2 nieces?
Aside from Cavan and Casen. Then there's Yen Leng and her sister. I've only seen Yen Leng a few times and she speaks too much Chinese.

Two newborns this year. Luke-Jesse and Ethan. Both are non-Malaysians. So I only see them through pictures. How sad.

    Luke-Jesse is mixed chinese-caucasian.

Ethan is pure chinese. He's still less than a month old!

I think Ethan is cuter. I'll be seeing Ethan pretty soon. :) Awesome!

    God bless all your souls.

  • Cleveland Clinic.

Okay to be seriously honest, I pressed some pimples last night so I woke up this morning to a few pimple 'wounds'. So I googled- what vitamins help in wound healing?

I clicked the first one. And this was it.

    Cleveland Clinic website.

I realised the name was overly familiar. Then ta-daa I remembered why- my cousin works there. I found his name there. You can even speak to a doctor online!

I should tell my Auntie that. Then she can save on IDD calls. Haha. I'm gonna text her now.

    Au revoir.

    Me.

  • On the move!

I've been baking lately. Chocolate brownies. My auntie loved it so much that I was asked to baked for her home function last night.

I baked again just now for the Myanmarese kids tomorrow. I love giving them food! It's like the bestest feeling on earth. Excuse my grammatical error. :)

I know what it looks like. But it's pretty okay.

Speaking of liquid chocolate, I had an amazing time tasting it. :) I don't recall a single moment in my life when I had my fingers coated with chocolate. Until now. :)

I really found it amazing that I was never a messy eater when I was young. I want to be one. Cause throwing food around seems like such a fun thing to do. Should never have been so well-behaved.

The good news is: I still have plenty of chocolate left. Which was actually left over from Tuesday. Look!

Oh I microwaved it in my Auntie's place and it spilled over. Hence the pattern, and the mess!

    Oh chocolate.

    xoxo,
    Me.

  • Myanmarese kids.

I mustn't be attached to them when I spend time with them. They're leaving sooner or later. It sucks to have them leaving us. But it's actually the best thing that can happen to them.

    Sigh.

This is my favourite boy! His name is Lal Rem Ruat. If you think his name is funny, wait till you hear the rest.

This is Emimas Thura. Emi is leaving soon. I don't know when though.

She doesn't smile when I take pictures with her. And when she did, the photographer had to make the moment extra special by making it blur.

    Pray kityoong, pray.

    xoxo,
    Me.

  • My brother's birthday.

We had an all-day party with the kids. His friends I mean. Of course, we had real kiddos too- my nephews.

This is Cavan. When his mother was dizzy, he told his mother to drink more water so that her dizziness will subside. Apparently his sole prescription is to drink lots of water. He aspires to be a doctor by the way. He even has a doctor's robe! If that's what you call it.

This is Casen. Who told me he wanted to pee. In my garden.

Me: Umm Casen, why don't you wee-wee in the toilet? Yi Yi take you okay?
Casen: I don't want, I want to wee-wee in the garden! (he really doesn't say 'wanna')

Children are capable of making you laugh and cry at the same time. I never knew that they can be such a headache until I tried teaching them how to do Sudoku. Mission accomplished, well partially. ;) Cause Casen couldn't sit still! Can you believe that they asked me to teach them how to play Mastermind?

I truly believe bad habits must be eliminated. The easiest one tops me list: applying body lotion right after night shower. I've always been doing it right before sleep. But the former is much better though. Even better if it's done on both timings!

    xoxo,
    Me.
